Great post Steve!

I totally agree with everything you've said about OC Mazda. I went to Tustin Mazda to buy a car with my family and really had a great car buying experience, even though it wasn't me buying the car. We mostly dealt with Jim Feinstein as well and he was just great. It's awesome to see that they treat everyone who comes through their doors as real person and not just another schmuck to sell to.

Lets go to lunch with OC Mazda sometime! :)

Its great that OC Mazda gets it! I think we are poised to see a huge shift in auto dealers over the next 5 years. A shift that changes the buying experience and ultimately changes the cars on the road as drivers demand better options and treatment from dealers and dealers do the same with their manufacturers. BTW, I work for the UN-DMS company. :)
