The waves just keep coming and everyone is getting swept up by them. Some are able to ride them out and others are getting crushed and being driven to the bottom. We are going to spotlight in the next post a few of our friends who are making a go of it and what they are doing to offset the slowdown in spending by consumers. We are also going to be talking a lot about a great “customer experience” management tool – Promoterz – that we stumbled upon recently. It seems like a very effective way to generate positive word of mouth advertising and get a handle on how your customers perceive your services/product. More to come.
